Administrative law:
- 2016-2018: Representing a major Romanian electricity distributor when defending the rights of exclusivity over the public service of distributing electricity to which it is entitled based on the concession agreement and the administrative acts issued by the Romanian market authority (ANRE).
- 2016: Assisting the Romanian Association of Banks (ARB) before the Romanian Constitutional law in a amicus curiae procedure in support of the banks in relation to the law no. 77/2016 regarding debt discharge (datio in solutium) and the biggest Romanian Bank in a distinct procedure regarding the modification to the law no. 193/2000 permitting the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC) to control and to order the modification of the entire portfolio of a professional.
- 2010 – 2015: Administrative law proceedings for major banks, a foreign educational institution not submitted to the Romanian Fiscal law, a major cement producer in relation to the repartition of the GES certificates under the rules of the European law, a major commercial retailer, an important real estate developer.

- 2009 – 2010: Administrative law proceedings for major foreign investors with implications in the field of environment protection, for major private university in the purpose of consolidating the recognition of their academic activity and diplomas. Constitutional proceedings regarding the Romanian administrative institutions and their attributes under Romanian law and some labor law provisions with respect to labor conflicts.
- 2008: Administrative law proceedings for important producers in the car industry with implications in the field of privatization, for major foreign developers in the cement industry and in the infrastructure services and for large mobile phone operators/producers with implications in the field of competition law and public procurement proceedings. State aid proceedings for major cement producer. Commercial litigation for Foreign hedge funds, banks and insurers with respect to the authorization proceedings by Romanian national specialized authorities.
